Data Entry Technologist / Technologist / Data Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry Technologist/Technologist/Data Technologist – Earn £14.04 per hour plus benefits or £15.00 per hour (LTD)

Input Batch related data in to controlled Manual Data Entry Spreadsheets (MDES).
Verify data entered in to MDES by other Data Entry Technologists is correct.
Scan Batch Documents to facilitate the transcription of the Batch data in to MDES.
Highlight the requirement to raise an Internal Problem Notification when verified entries are found to incorrect
Act as an independent verifier that data entered on to MDES by other Data Technologists is correct thereby ensuring data is available for GxP use
Liaise with Batch Dossier scan the required Batch documents as pdf files to facilitate the transcription process in to MDES
Request technical input to resolve enquiries relating to MDES requirements and original batch data inputs
Highlight the requirement to raise Internal Problem Notification when verified entries are found to be incorrect
Log incidents of errors to aid in the future elimination or recurring errors
Provide data entry of identified batch data for both Respiratory and Oral Solid Dose products
Develop an understanding of the data required and both log and escalate any errors
Ensure GxP compliance
Provide GxP data entry of identified batch data in to the correct MDES to support data trending as part of Product Lifecycle Management.Required Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

At least Grade C or above GCSE Mathematics
Computer literacy
Previous experience of data entry
