Salary: £26,000 per year
Maxxima Nursing Team require a Band 3 Assistant Nurse/Community Health Care Support Worker for a period of three months (possibly extended) to work alongside qualified nurse team in the Community Learning Disabilities Team, South.
The work is community based so you will need to be a car driver and be willing to travel around north Norfolk.
The nurse assistant will be supervised by qualified nurses to assist with implementing and monitoring of care plans.
The post covers office hours from Monday to Friday, usual hours are 9-5.
Experience with adults who have learning disabilities will be beneficial, you will need to have NVQ level 3 in health and social care and have experience working alongside qualified nurses and other health care professionals.
This position is to start immediately, so you must be available to start with 1 weeks notice and be willing to fully register with our agency.
