Senior Consultant – Insurance Advisory

Our Client, a Global Insurance Advisory Group, is looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants with a minimum of 5 years’ Industry/ Domain experience gained within Life Insurance, Retirement/ Annuity/ Pension, Health Insurance, non-life Insurance, Reinsurance or Broking. To Lead and manage client engagements. Within this exciting role, you will be responsible for: 

• Conduct workshops with senior stakeholders and technology SMEs to understand their needs, problems, and challenges, documenting their business use cases, process flows, data flows, etc. 
• You will work closely with technology teams to develop solutions to address customers’ needs, problems, and pain points and present them to the clients.
• you will create assets, accelerators, and frameworks that can be leveraged in consulting engagements.
• Lead review sessions with key stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements and gain consensus and final business approval.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise – ensuring that out-of-the Box functionality is leveraged whenever possible.
• Participate in the development and planning of the User Acceptance Testing activities, including test plans and scripts – based on requirements.

All applicants will need a strong background in insurance (min 5 yrs. domain exp). Alternatively, applicants with insurance experience gained at a Fintech, Insurtech, Major strategy or Consulting Group are equally preferable for this role.
