Job Role
With a wide knowledge of Land Surveying, Topographical Surveys, Measured Building Surveys, Level Surveys, Elevations, and the capability to manage and offer guidance to Surveyors, Trainee & Assistant Surveyors.

You must have the ability to carry out, organise and effectively manage your time on site or in the office, having strong analytical skills which will enable you to effectively run survey jobs with minimal input from the Survey Manager.
You will have strong communication skills which will help you deal with any changes on site.

You are required to have a good understanding of instruments and equipment and will be required to train others in their use. You are expected to be familiar with instrument setting and have the knowledge to calibrate, check and adjust survey instruments.

Able to check jobs in CAD & LSS, check and fill out all paperwork as detailed within the Quality manual.

Complete all CAD work to the highest standard in readiness to send to clients according to our Quality Manual.

Working Conditions

Some jobs require an employee to work under extreme weather conditions and
environmental conditions of the work site.

You will be required to travel. There may be some overnight stayaways.

Physical Requirements

The job duties require an employee to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

You may on occasion be required to lift manhole covers.

The job duties may require an employee to traverse rough terrain.
