Care Home Manager (RGN)

Salary: £48,000 per year

Are you a Care Home Manager with a nursing pin, with the desire to work for a care company that offers a great support team?

My client is a well-established Care Company and are currently recruiting for their BRAND NEW home based in Nottinghamshire with an outstanding reputation for the support and nursing care they give across Nottinghamshire already.

This particular position is in a BRAND NEW elderly residential home in Hucknall and can boast about all the “hotel-like” amenities- pub, cinema, hair salon and shop in this 80+ bed home it’s a great place to be…for residents and staff.

As Care Home Manager (RGN), you will be:

* General running of the home

* Keeping up-to-date with CQC guidelines and procedures.

* Making sure all paperwork is up-to-date

* Administering Medication

* Providing emotional and functional nursing care and support to elderly residents

* Keeping care plans up to date

* Liaising with other healthcare professionals i.e. GP’s, Social Workers, Therapists and Families

Skills & Experience Needed:

* You need to be a registered nurse (RGN) with valid NMC

* Level 4 or 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

* Experience in a similar setting (desirable)

* Great level of care with an excellent nursing track record needed

* Be living within travelling distance to Hucknall in Nottinghamshire
