Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year
A fantastic opportunity to work with a progressive listed property company in the heart of London.
They are looking to recruit a hands on Finance Manager for 12 months to cover a maternity leave working in a Finance Team of 10.
Complete VAT submissions and reporting for all entities within the group
Co-ordinate with HMRC on tax related queries
Preparation of monthly management accounts for the parent company and other designated companies
Managing the intercompany matrix and ensuring there are no variances
Assist with the preparation of the monthly Group P&L, Balance sheet and cash flows
Assist with the drafting of statutory financial statements for SPV’s ensuring compliance with IFRS
Assist with the annual co-ordination of the SPV Audits
Assist in preparing the quarterly debt covenant compliance statements
Assist with Investor Relations queries
Assist with government reporting queries
Prepare and reforecast monthly the Group’s P&L, balance sheet and cash flow model
Maintain and manage the Groups forecasting model to help guide long term strategic planning, including forecasting of Group P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow
Measuring and tracking performance against KPIs
