Conveyancing Paralegal – Hybrid Working

Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year

My client is a forward thinking legal practice based near Watford Junction

They are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, working on conveyancing files from inception to completion.

Duties

• Be part of a like-minded group of Conveyancing Paralegal, who have sound technical knowledge of all conveyancing matters.
• Possess excellent communication skills; be able to demonstrate attention to detail with sound numerical ability.
• Be process focused and able to articulate that process to clients & financial advisors.
• Have a pro-active approach towards conveyancing and be looking for new & innovative ways to help drive the conveyancing department forward.
• Be expected to support other members of the Conveyancing team in handling sales and purchases.

Experience required

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a conveyancing role.
• Passion and knowledge about the conveyancing sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strong understanding of process techniques.
• A passion for adopting new technologies that drive efficiency and transparency.
• A passion for jumping in at the deep-end, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
