Global technology leader seeks a confident and organised Marketing Communications Specialist with strong writing skills to join their ambitious team, initially for a long term contract!

A fantastic new Marketing Communications Specialist opportunity has arisen within a successful and still growing, international technology organisation. This role will be responsible for keeping marketing content and comms fresh and for providing all round support to the Marketing Communications and Product Management team. This role will initially be offered on a maternity cover fixed-term contract.

You will be responsible for:
– Delivery of and assisting the development of the Marketing Communications plan.
– Updating and writing content for the company websites and social media pages.
– Email marketing campaigns.
– Develop and implement the internal marketing communications strategy.
– Assist with general marcomms activities and projects e.g. branding, market research, marketing collateral, managing translations, PR, case studies.
– Improving the marketing communications process.

To be considered for this Marketing Communications Specialist role, you will have broad B2B marketing/communications experience within a similar role and must have strong written skills, ideally having written technical content. A degree or marketing qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, as would experience of social media, copy editing and knowledge of content management systems.

Experience within the technology/engineering industry, writing about technical products or an interest in learning more about technology is desirable. This will suit a candidate that can show initiative and thrives on a challenge within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be offered £28-30,000 pro rata + Bonus + Flexible Benefits
