Financial Advisor

Salary: £36,000 per year

Are you looking for an Employed opportunity as a Financial Advisor to manage an existing client bank across Warwickshire and Worcestershire?

As a Financial Adviser within their team, you will be focused on providing excellent client service through appropriate financial planning advice. The existing client bank have client service agreements in place with ongoing income. In addition, you will have leads provided from their various marketing initiatives.

You will be providing financial planning advice on all areas, including mortgage and protection needs. It is important you are able to create self-generation opportunities with additional new business and referrals.

Financial Advisor Requirements

* You must be a current Financial Advisor with Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning

* In addition, you should hold your full CeMAP, or equivalent

* You should have experience in providing financial planning on a face-to-face basis

* A key reason behind their continued success is the family feel within the business; therefore, new individuals joining will need to be like-minded

Our client company, a highly successful and well-established financial services firm of 25+ years has over 30 individuals within their team, across 6 regional offices and wishes to recruit an employed Financial Advisors to join their growing business. There is excellent camaraderie between the team with regular charitable team events and annual overseas convention.

Financial Advisor Benefits

* Salary of £36,000pa (negotiable depending on experience)

* OTE of £40,000 – £60,000+

Training and Development offered to a Financial Advisor

Regular training and development workshops plus interaction within the team to help, support and increase each other’s knowledge is highly recommended by the group. Paraplanning service is available if required, and the company have their own in-house Compliance Director to provide practical support.
