The Company
My client is a vision-driven recruitment business based in the heart of Bristol. Founded in 2018, they are on a mission to build a successful European recruitment business. Set up by 2 Co-Founders who have a history of unbelievable success in the recruitment industry, they strive to be the number 1 choice for both their clients and candidates.
Although based in the UK, they instead choose to do all their recruitment in a much less saturated and more lucrative international market. What this means for you is less competition and higher billings for the same amount of work!
The Role
You’ll become a Technology recruitment expert, and the “go-to” person in your specific discipline. Starting off as a Delivery consultant, your role will initially be focused on the candidate-side of the recruitment process, where you’ll grow your network and master the market. You’ll reach out to candidates and build lasting relationships with them without the pressure of business development straight away. Then, you’ll move into a full 360 role and be given the responsibility to bring on your own clients! Of course – all while making a lot of commission along the way.
