Audio Typist

We are currently looking for an experienced Audio typist to support a team of Account Managers.

It is ESSENTIAL that you have audio typing experience as you will be required to complete the following duties;
*Deal with the audio and copy typing requirements of a team of account managers, including letters and notes, to the required standards and within the required timescales.
*Ensure draft and top copy typing is produced in a timely manner, aiming for a half day turnaround.
*Correct grammar, punctuation and formatting of correspondence, without changing the content of letters.

Other duties will include:

*Sort incoming post and distribute to all teams, in a timely manner. Investigate all unidentified post.
*Photocopying and scanning of documents.
*Organising all out going post, operating the postal franking machine and meeting all deadlines. Understanding and actioning special delivery instructions.
*Deposit outgoing cheques with bank, once copied and logged in accordance with company requirement.
*Collate and organise filing generated by teams, understanding and adhering to the complex layout and file accurately, maintaining attention to detail.
*Monitor file tidiness and organisation; split files as and when necessary.
*Action archive requests, following company procedures to send files off site and maintaining accurate archive records.
*Action archive retrieval requests following company procedure.
*To cover reception duties as and when required.
*Able to work closely with colleagues as part of a team, whilst also being able to work independently.
