Our client is a franchised dealership looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales/Service Manager to join their busy and successful service department at their dealership in the South Lincolnshire area.

You will receive a competitive salary package with a basic salary from £30,000p/a with an OTE of £40,000 p/a, a car and other company benefits and holiday entitlements.
Requirements?
– Do you have main dealer service/aftersales manager experience?
– Do you have electronic vehicle health check process experience?
– Are you passionate and enthusiastic about maximising profitability and increasing business?
– are you motivational and able to coach a team to achieve its potential?
– are you customer satisfaction driven and have a track record of excellent CSI results?
