Prodrive Recruitment are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a company based in Alcester on a temporary to permanent basis,

The role is a varied one, as Administration will be a focal point to this role, and spares and technical background would be an advantage.

The Role of Parts Advisor & Administrator

• Advising on spares and parts within the company,
• Dealing with telephone enquiries,
• Respond to email enquiries,
• Dealing with in-person customers to the spares and parts department,
• Administration for the department.

What you will need for the role of Parts Advisor & Administrator:

• Good IT skills,
• To be a good communicator on multi-levels, telephone, in person and by email,
• Ideally to come from a spares or parts background or have knowledge of,
• To have an understanding of Technical and or Engineering would be an advantage but is not essential.

The Important Information about the Parts Advisor Administrator role:

• Working Monday to Friday
• Early finish on a Friday
• Free onsite parking
• A Salary: £26,000depending on experience
• Training given.
