Bid Coordinator

Leading family owned construction business is looking to add a Bid Coordinator to their team. With over 100 years’ experience they work within a variety of sectors including commercial construction and housing. You will be reporting directly into the Business Development Manager and produce documentation to promote the business internally and externally.

You will be involved in ITT’s, EOI’s, and PQQ, throughout all sectors of the business. You will also be producing written responses for submission documents and manage the quality of the submissions. You will be producing and formatting all tenders and presentations and be responsible for editing case studies.

There will also be some responsibility for graphics to support the submissions and day to day liaison with the marketing team. This role offers you the opportunity to get involved in the full cycle of the bid and you will be expected to liaise with bid writers and key holders in the business.

To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate similar experience ideally within the Build Environment. Excellent communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Solid written and oral communication skills are essential.
