Plumber

Salary: £37,440 – £44,928 per year

Crossword Recruitment are looking for a Plumber / Advanced Plumber for our Client based in Liverpool. 

Ideally we are looking for an Advanced Plumber with experience of running jobs and dealing with issues at site level, but will also consider an experienced Plumber looking to progress their career. 

Works are mainly on Commercial and Domestic buildings. You will be tasked with installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing and heating services. As an Advanced Plumber, you’d also be expected to work closely with the Head of Projects to ensure the job is delivered on time, work alongside the Client and Main-Contractor and co-ordinate with other trades. Inspect installations to ensure standards are met. Understand drawings and be able to take off of materials required. 

You MUST have:

– Plumbing or HVAC Qualification NVQ, C&G or equivalent 

– DBS Check 

– Full UK Driving Licence

Salaries & Benefits:

Plumber – £31200 – £33280 (experience dependant) based on a 40 hour week

Advanced Plumber – £35360 – £37440 (experience dependant) based on a 40 hour week

Both roles also offer Van, Phone, 22 days holiday (plus bank hols), company pension.
