Lean Manufacturing Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lean Manufacturing Manager to form a critical role within a high profile, fast moving production company who are operating on a global scale.

The role will see you taking full responsibility for an Embryonic Lean Deployment within the Growth Function within this business, delivering; training and coaching through leadership, as well as providing direction and development of high performing teams focused on meeting performance metrics relating to Safety, Security, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People within the manufacturing process.

• Dedicated lean sigma / Opex role – 5+ years
• Good exposure to Enterprise wide CI
• Experience in an Embryonic lean CI initiative
• Setting strategic direction and developing a road map
• Worked with Heads of Operations, Quality, Production, Engineering and Logistics
• Raise awareness and capability by training and coaching
• Able to articulate a vision for Lean through a hands on management style and leading by example building towards a culture of CI
