Salary, comparable with NHS Band 5/6, equivalent to £14.66per annum for working a standard flexible shift pattern over 37.5 hours per hour plus additional benefits

As part of our on-going development, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nurses to join our existing, highly skilled specialist team to deliver comprehensive assessment and treatment, high quality clinical inputs and rehabilitation programmes to the individuals that reside at our HealthLinc House Residential Service in Lincoln. An exclusive 6 bed Apartment for adults where domestic living is replicated in a spacious and homely environment that has been adapted to provide structured, supportive and caring surroundings for individuals looking to progress to a more independent living setting.

In this exciting specialist role you will:
* Work closely with our in-house Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Therapists to develop effective, highly specialised, individual care and treatment programmes for the service users
* Provide leadership and support to the care teams
* Provide the highest level of specialist care to our service users through positive behaviour support and promoting personalisation, independence and safety at all times
* Enhance your existing skills and make a significant difference to the lives of others

Salary, Additional Enhancements and Benefits include:
* Starting pay is dependent on experience – £14.66 (Newly Qualified Preceptor) to £14.45 per hour
* Enhanced rates for weekend, night and bank holiday work
