Salary: £40,800 – £50,400 per year
A unique opportunity has come up to work for this highly respected design and planning consultancy. The Reading location has over 100 staff members encompassing architectural, landscape architects, urban designers and masterplanners.
You will play a ‘pivotal’ role on influential ‘high density’ residential, commercial and mixed use commissions contributing with concept design and feasibility studies. Other duties will involve submitting planning applications and producing technical design information.
In order to be successful you will have a minimum of two years post RIBA Part 3 experience and have proven design and presentation skills. You will be proficient with REVIT/AutoCAD, and Photoshop along with having the ability to work on multiple projects.
