Adult Hospital Discharge Social Worker

Salary: £36 per hour

Eden Brown are looking for 4 experienced Social Worker to join the Adult Hospital Discharge Team in Walsall.

As a Social Worker on the team you will be working in hospital discharge/ ICS Team.

The role will require you to be based across three locations including Walsall Manor Hospital, Blakenall Village Centre and also home based.

Requirements of the Social Worker

• Social Worker England registered
• Minimum 2 years post qualifying experience
• Previous hospital experience

This is a full time position.

The role is paying £36 an hour and may be negotiable based on experience

A car driver is preferable although not essential.
