Salary: £18 – £21.6 per hour
CAD DESIGNER – JOINER
My client is a very well established and renowned Joinery manufacturing and fit out company based in the Milton Keynes area, specialing in high-end commercial and residential fitouts.
They are looking for an experienced joinery CAD designer, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Joinery industry, producing detailed Joinery drawings.
General duties for a CAD Technician include:
– Detailing joinery elements
-Taking initial concepts through to completion
– Liaise and work alongside other areas of the business to ensure the projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner
– Create bespoke, high end joinery
About you: Reporting into the Design Manager, you will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to attend and have an input into design meetings, both internally and externally.
You will need to be fully conversant with AutoCAD and using it to create bespoke and high-end joinery products that are going to go into very prestigious sites. As well as these, you will need to be proactive and have a keen eye for detail, being able to notice any potential problems and rectifying them before they arise.
