Salary: £26,000 per year

What’s in it for me?

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work in the South Marston area of Swindon

You will be working Monday – Friday on a fixed shift of 06:00-14:00

During peak times, this may change to rotation 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00

This is an ongoing temporary role, which has the potential to become permanent after a qualifying period

Basic Salary: is £26,000per year + enhanced rate for any overtime worked

Overtime paid after 8 hours is paid at a time & a third,

Saturday is paid at time & a half

Sunday is paid at double time

THIS IS VERY HEAVY WORK SO MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT

Day to Day Duties

As a Production operative your duties will include the following:

Re-labelling of products

Checking goods into the warehouse

Assembly of products

Quality checking products

Reporting any products with defects

Essential Skills

To be considered for the role of Production Operative you will need the following skills:

This role does involve working with products of various sizes / weights, so you will need to be comfortable with manual / heavy work

Good attention to detail

Be comfortable with repetitive work

Be able to work as part of a team

Desirable Experience

It would be advantageous if you have worked as a production operative before, although not essential.
