Salary: £26,000 per year
SMART EDUCATION are looking for a COVER SUPERVISOR to work in a MAINSTREAM SECONDARY SCHOOL in WORCESTER. The vacancy requires working with several students across KS3&4 covering a wide range of students.
This position requires a STRONG MINDED and RESILIENT candidate who can demonstrate CONSISTENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.
The school has an excellent supportive department. You need to be will hit the ground running and get stuck straight in with strong classroom and behaviour management.
Someone with experience in challenging/disruptive behaviours and an outgoing personality would suit this role. It is essential you are not afraid of a contest and can offer strength & positivity to the students and gain their respect.
Qualifications Required: 6+ Months minimum experience.
Salary: £26,000per year (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:20-3:30 Monday to Friday
Location: Worcester
