Salary: £102,000 – £114,000 per year
Divisional Director / Divisional Manager / Regional Manager
£85 – 95k basic & bonus potential of up to 50% & car & pension & other big company benefits.
Our client, the market leader in their particular sector are looking to appoint a Divisional Director to lead the development and growth of their business across the Northern Division – to include Scotland, inspiring the Regional Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer in store experience.
The Divisional Director will have 7 direct reports (Area Managers) and approx. 600 indirect reports. They will have full P&L accountability for in excess of 100 stores with a combined annual turnover of approx. £150m+.
As a Divisional Director you will be responsible for making decisions that influence the future development of the business, including: sales growth, e.g. local marketing, community activity; local sales incentives; spend on store improvements and payroll.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Significant leadership capability and experience of motivating, developing and performance managing colleagues to inspire operational excellence across multi-site teams
* Significant experience of developing a regional business and managing and delivering a sizable annual operating plan, preferably with P&L experience
* Proven track record of significantly improving regional store performance
