Payment Processing Administrator

Salary: £14.4 per hour

Full-time and Part-time temporary opportunities with a dynamic company and a global brand, offering hybrid working with some flexibility of hours.

Respond to manual payment transaction requests and provide an excellent end-to-end service for customer. Ensure payments are confirmed accurately and within SLA timescales and that 4eyes policy principles are met in all cases. Answer ad-hoc queries relating to customer or agent payments in a timely manner and escalate any concerns to the team leader.

You must have high attention to detail, as accuracy is paramount, with a focus on customer service. Effective communication skills, able to work as part of a team. Good use of multiple systems and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
