South Coast of England and surrounding areas
£36,000per annum basic salary (Earning potential of £36,000 per year)
Permanent Position

A busy and expanding UK Commercial Vehicles company, are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer to maintain & repair tail lifts and commercial vehicle bodies.

Covering the South Coast of England, with flexibility to work in other areas of the UK if or when required.

Responsibilities include:

* Working remotely using your own initiative and working to schedules

* Carrying out Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs of Commercial Vehicle Tail Lifts

* Undertaking Weight Testing and repairs

* Commercial Vehicle Body repairs and replacing exterior body parts including wing mirrors, trim, etc.

* Providing excellent customer service

Experience required:

* Previous commercial vehicle tail lift service, maintenance & repair work is essential

* Knowledge of relevant LOLER or PUWER regs. for lifting equipment

* Any Welding or basic Fabrication experience would be an advantage

* Relevant electrical experience is expected

* Full UK Driving Licence is essential

* Excellent customer service abilities

* Good communication skills

* Excellent self-motivation and organisational skills

Additional Details:

* Overtime and call-out / standby rates are paid

* Call outs of 1-2 nights per week and weekends on a one-in-four week rota

* 45 contracted hours per week

* Immediate starts are available
