„« Market leading installer of security Gates and other Physical Security solutions are seeking an experienced project coordinator to manage/plan/coordinate the workload for field based engineers for the whole country, assist with technical support for the engineers, assist with minor works quotations for Security Estimators. Other duties include.
„« Ensure all reactive, quoted and Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs in designated area are attended in the required timescales
„« Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance work is complete on time and planned effectively to coincide with other work in the same area, wherever possible
„« Liaise with engineers to ensure all jobs are closed in ¡§real time¡¨ on in-house computer system
„« Assist with technical phone/email support for engineers (alongside Technical Estimator)
„« Close down jobs in ¡§real time¡¨ on client websites where applicable
„« Keep customers up to date with projects, installation and reactive works
„« Obtain authorisation where necessary for uplifts on reactive works for stock items
„« Assisting estimator with minor works quotations
„« Point of contact for eta¡¦s for reactive, quoted and PPM works
„« Answer client/engineer queries regarding reactive or quoted works
„« Assist with raising quote acceptances and place orders with suppliers.
„« Assist with managing the supplier/subcontractor list
„« Assist with managing engineers van stock
„« Chase suppliers for delivery dates
„« Checking equipment in from suppliers and ensuring all necessary materials are ready to dispatch to engineers. (building kit lists)
„« Assist the team with producing Risk & Method Statements for customers
„« Any other general technical/administration/ supporting duties deemed appropriate by Management.
