Plant Equipment Trainer / Itssar Trainer

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Locations: Required travel includes Midlands training facilities (Southam and Bromsgrove), plus UK-wide client sites

Being a trainer at KeyOstas is a pivotal position. As such you will be responsible for delivering a variety of Health and Safety training courses to an extensive range of blue-chip clients either at a training centre in the Midlands (Southam or Bromsgrove), remotely via Teams or Zoom, or on client sites across the UK.

Due to further expansion the company is now seeking to recruit a MHE Trainer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and well-established Health & Safety company with further growth plans. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the Health and Safety field with training delivery experience.

It is essential that you are an ITSSAR accredited tutor and be able to demonstrate you can deliver the training listed list below:

• Slinging and Lifting Operations
• Overhead Cranes
• Slinger / Signaller / Banksman ITSSAR

It would be nice to have a candidate who could also deliver other ITSSAR plant courses but not essential. The successful candidate can receive development to upskill within the role.

About You:

• Significant experience in a Health and Safety environment
• Appropriate training qualification
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels
• Flexibility, ability and willingness to travel
• Good computer skills – specifically MS suite of applications
