We are currently recruiting for 2 Artwork Coordinator’s to join a leading company in Barnsley. You will be responsible for proofreading and colour verification of the company’s product pack designs and liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Your duties as Artwork Coordinator will include:

* Proofreading all aspects of artwork and confirm accuracy and compliance against the specification and Art and Print work order

* You will check product pack designs for commercial print samples to identify typographic errors, print issues, colour accuracy, conformity to templates, layouts and design specifications.

* Liaising with various departments, customers, suppliers, printers and design houses to resolve any differences

* You will generate and correct changes to the finished product specification

* Inputting in to the workload planning process via regular updates to enable the control process to be completed on schedule

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a knowledge of the print industry is advantageous. You must also possess the following skills and experience:

* A Level education or equivalent

* Strong communication skills

* Excellent administration skills

* The ability to communicate with people on all levels

* A working knowledge of the print technology language is desirable

* Experience of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

* Strong command of the English language

* Strong IT skills
