Intervention Teacher

Salary: £156 – £216 per day

CERT Solutions are working closely with an alternative provision who are looking for a primary intervention teacher to work across two locations in Birmingham supporting pupils offering 2 -3 days per week. The provision can be flexible and offer full time work if the candidate is prepared to work across 2 -3 different schools.

The aim of the role is to offer pupils extra support with their core subjects helping them to ‘close the gap’ on where the average should be. The role is very rewarding and would suit a teacher who prefers 1:1 teaching / tutoring, the choice of days are flexible to suit the teachers needs and availability.

The successful candidate will essentially have:

* QTS

* Have a real passion for education

* Clear DBS on the update service

Your responsibilities will be:

* To teach students to a high standard

* Follow the behavioural policies set by the school

* Commitment to 2 -3 days per week in Birmingham

* One to one teaching and small intervention groups Commitment to 2 -3 days per week in Birmingham
