Chef / Commis Chef

Prestige Recruitment Specialists Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef or Commis Chef to work for our client in the Hull area.

The role will be Monday to Friday with some weekend work also, and involves the following:

-Food preparation and presentation
-Working within a small team
-Serving meals and communicating with customers
-Implementation of safe and hygienic work environment

Preferable skills and knowledge include:

-Previous large scale catering experience
-Stock ordering
-Stock storage
-Organisational qualities
-Quality control
-Being aware of food allergies, common dietary and religious requirements
-Health and Safety

The perfect candidate for the role will have previous catering experience as well as having Level 2 Food, Health & Hygiene Certificate.
