Our Grantham based client are currently looking for a Warehouse, Inventory and Shipping Manager to join their team. The role involves leading the warehouse team, inventory checking, despatching of goods and supporting the Supply Chain Manager.

Duties include;

• Leadership Management and accountability
• Stock Value and Inventory accuracy, Transactional, Reporting, Stock Count and Finished Goods
• Shipment Tracking record and communicate
• Transportation, inbound and outbound
• Process Control and management of material flow globally
• General administration tasks as and when needed.

In order to be considered candidates should have;

• A fastidious attention to detail and an enquiring mind to spot and query potential mistakes before they get to the warehouse or the customer.
• Effective team management skills, able to lead and guide
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to work independently.
• Over two years admin exposure in a busy role
• Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel
• Warehouse and shipping experience is essential
