Salary: £26,000 per year
As a Accident Executive it will be essential that you have a desire to work in Law as you will be required to study for your ILEX qualifications alongside working within a busy team.
Working within a busy team that deals with Uninsured Loss Recovery which is carried out under a Legal Expenses Policy. This involves dealing with losses incurred following non-fault road traffic accidents, instructions for which are provided from 3 major insurance companies.
Ideally seeking a candidate who has a Law Degree or A Level or alternativity a mininum of 3 A Levels and a genuine interest into entering into the Law.
You will be dealing with all aspects of a full case load, up to a maximum of 300 at any one time. The study of evidence and drafting of court documents is required therefore business English is required for letter writing and document drafting.
The role is based in Ipswich. 35 hours per year, with a starting salary of £26,000after probation.
