Urgently seeking talented Graduate/Junior Insight Analysts, to work for a digital agency based in a trendy Central London location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team, working with top name clients.

The successful candidate must have SQL experience and want to join a growing team gaining exposure to some of London’s most complex Business Intelligence systems. This is an Insight Analysis role like no other. You will be able to help migrate all the reporting tooling to the most modern dashboard interface solutions using SQL Server, ClickView, Sharepoint, and Excel PowerPivot.

The role would suit someone with some Insight Analysis experience using SQL – perhaps you are a recent Graduate with a year’s industrial placement experience? Or perhaps you are in a Junior role now looking for your next career move?

Your duties will be exciting, varied and challenging; which will include the following:

Responsibilities:
• Working across a multiple of clients to supply customer insights analysis
• Working directly with clients, attending internal meetings where relevant to lead their data strategy and analysis
• Managing the creation and maintenance of a regular suite of KPI reports that show clients the value of their eCRM activity
• Provide regular performance reviews (monthly or quarterly) to evaluate eCRM campaigns and make strategic recommendations
• Ensuring a timely and accurate response to ad-hoc data queries
• Marketing program data evaluation
• Noticing results and trend analysis

Essential skills
General
• Educated to degree level in a subject with substantial statistical content
• Highly numerate
• Have an aptitude for programming ideally using SQL Server technologies
• T-SQL

• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to present complicated results in a simple manner
• Professional with proven ability to accurately interpret client data and analytical needs and apply to commercial objectives
• Adaptable – ability and drive to see beyond standard techniques to deliver bespoke solutions to meet client needs while appreciating commercial restrictions
• Assertive – confidence to challenge management and clients if required
• Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies; ability to keep up to date with a range of projects across multiple clients
• Attention to detail, producing accurate results to tight deadlines
• Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritise a demanding workload and service multiple clients
