International Medical Assistance Coordinator (Spanish Speaker)

35 hours a week on a full shift basis including weekends and night shifts in line with business requirements (night shift is from 21:00 to 07:00)

This role requires fluency in Spanish.

You will provide an efficient, professional and proactive response to requests for medical assistance by delivering cost effective and customer focused solutions. This will involve handling all calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner at all times with empathy and customer focus. You will also work closely with the in house medical team to ensure the timely, most appropriate medical case management.

Applicants should have a good standard of general education and an excellent command of the English language together with fluency in Spanish. IT literacy is also required together with a good geographical knowledge and cross cultural and travel industry awareness.

The successful applicant will have proven call centre or travel industry experience and be highly customer focussed.
