Door Engineer

Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year

As a Door Engineer you will provide a comprehensive repair and maintenance service on a full range of GEZE’s Automatic Door products in support of our customer needs.

The Role includes:

• Service, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on Automatic Doors; Sliding, Swing, Revolving & Disabled Access.
• Following EN16005 guidelines.
• Offering fantastic face to face customer service.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaising with clients and management to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Willingness to partake in the on-call rota.
• Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensuring Van stock is kept up to requirements at all times.

A successful Automatic Door Engineer must have:

• Previous experience in the Automatic Door industry.
• Experience following EN16005 regulations.
• A full UK driving license.
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
