Small Works Pm / Ff&e Manager

Salary: £300,000 per year

Following a great please apply e of our most highly regarded regional clients, I am on the look for a FF&E manager with the ability to also deliver small cat B fit outs up to £250k

Responsibilities

Manage FF&E in house

Look after clients with reactive works and small fit outs

Manage customer service for existing clients

Build FF&E remit

Note: 

FF&E experience in office fit out is essential. Knowledge of Cat B fit outs is also vital to make this role work. Day2 PM/Client services background would fit the bill nicely.
