Due to increasing demands, they have an immediate requirement for a Conveyancing Post Completion Expert to join the business.

Responsibilities:

* Completing Land Transaction Returns to HMRC

* Activating Indemnity Policies

* Serving Post Completion Notices

* Processing Notice of Assignment and Charge

* Registration of Ownership

* Submitting transfer documents to HMRC

* Redeeming charges on Title

* Reviewing ledgers and closing files

* Settling invoices with Estate Agent

* Settling service charges and ground rent arrears

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will have experience of providing a comprehensive Post Completion service in respect to Freehold and Leasehold transactions, acting on behalf of both the Buyer and Seller. You will be capable, compliant and systematic in your approach, providing an efficient service in accordance with best practice.
