Since receiving an HND in Business Administration from Stow College (1995 – 1998) 22 modules gained and 20 units

passed plus 4 units with merits, I have continued to enhance my skills and learned many more.

  1. Communicating with people at all levels, supporting colleagues, management, customers and other external parties

with different cultures, through different methods e.g. face to face, instant message, emails, telephone and

meetings.

  1. Computer Skills: working experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Utilising the following systems

Salesforce, SAP, Promaster, Concur, Docusphere, TRIM, Filenet, SharePoint. Including successfully training team

members and department in using TRIM which is a Group Records Management system. Also organised the team

upgrade and a schedule of records to Trimmed. SharePoint 0365 – Ensuring all team member upgraded from

SharePoint to SharePoint 0365 (Cloud based version).

Concur– This is an Expense Management System which Shell only took on in 2017. The task was to take on the new

system, setting down guidelines for each country, sort out any issues that occurred and then training someone in

Manila to take over the role and responsibilities. Also supporting this person until I left.

challenging deadlines. I can organise Workload, teams, training, meetings, calendars, mailboxes, parties, team

events, business events, floor events and presentations of any time length and number of speakers.

thorough and efficient. Focus on attention to detail and reviews work carefully for compliance, detail’s and

accuracy.

commercial aware and possess an understanding of organisations’ priorities, needs to plan, and execute requests in

a timely manner. Also, able to look at the bigger picture and prioritise workload in accordance with the business
