Northwest Head of Childcare Law

Salary: £60,000 – £84,000 per year

We are urgently seeking a experienced Childcare Solicitor who is also able to head up a Family Team over 2 North West Offices.

You would be joining a Top 100 Law Firm who are also a Leading Firm in the Legal 500 and be the North West Head of Family Law, reporting to the Group Head of Family Law who is exceptionally well respected and known in this specialised legal sector.

You will be managing 3 people in Sale and another couple of people in the Lancashire office.

You will want to take this department – make it your own and develop your team and your business.

You will be a Childcare Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years plus post qualified experience and have warm and empathetic business approach and who is able to develop client relationships during difficult circumstances.

You will be a Law Society Children’s Panel member and have excellent knowledge of the public funding system and LAA procedures. You will also have developed a relationship with CAFCASS and other childcare agencies

Your experience will self-evident and you will be able to take over existing cases and develop business of your own always with a real focus on the client.
