Core Responsibilities:

– Welcoming all customers into store
– Being the first point of contact for all customers – ascertain their needs and put them in contact with the relevant member of the team.
– Assisting customers with the use of in store digital solutions.
– Managing the store diary and liaising with the Store Manager to ensure appointments are dealt with efficiently.
– Organising staff break rotas to ensure adequate cover is always in place.
– Monitor store footfall and report back to Store Manager.

All Staff Responsibilities:

– Manage dressing the store every morning/packing away in the evening.
– Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
– Ensure the store is clean, tidy and well presented.

Essentials Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications:

– Experience of working in a high footfall retail/showroom environment.
– Problem solving.
– Highly organized.
– Multi-tasking.
– Excellent communication skills.
