Agile Coach / Scrum Master – Manchester – £50,000 + Benefits

Well a Startup in Manchester is interested in talking to YOU!
As the Agile coach you will work across a number of squads mentoring Developers, testers and product owners on agile best practice whilst being the Agile SME for the wider business. As the SME you will work with the wider business to help stakeholders understand how agile can benefit the company and gain their full buy-in to enable the technical teams to create fantastic applications in an agile manner. You will also be expected to take the role of Scrum Master, organising daily standups, estimations, sprint planning and retrospectives.
To be considered you should be able to demonstrate demonstrable experience of enabling development teams to progress in their agile journey and in the following areas:
1. Demonstrable agile coaching experience
2. Previous experience as a Scrum Master (Certification beneficial)
3. Worked across multiple squads
4. Ability to demonstrate agile best practice and its benefits
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management

Salaries: £40-50,000 + benefits
