Package:
Guarantee of £22 000 for the first 3 months
Basic of £14000
Raised to £16000 on the conditions you pass their ARLA exams and hit targets after 6 months.
Then raised again to £18000 after 1 year if you average 5 deals per month for that period.
OTE: £35k
Company Car: Yes
Hours: 9am-8pm (Mon-Fri), 9-5 (every other Sat)

Interview process:
Two interviews for the successful applicant. First with the Manager, then second with the Director.
