Civils CAD Technician (Infrastructure / Highways)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to join a multidisciplinary design consultancy in Edinburgh on a permanent basis, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 – £38,400per annum.

You have the opportunity to be involved in an exciting range of multidisciplinary projects ranging from large mixed-use and residential development projects through to smaller redevelopment sites, working on projects for both private and public sector clients.

You will need to demonstrate experience in roads, external works, flood risk and drainage at all stages for these types of projects, with a working knowledge of UK design standards is needed.

Education & Qualifications:

A degree/HNC in a related discipline
Experience in highway and drainage design
Confident using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Good working knowledge of WinDes MicroDrainageMy client is looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate their experience, capability and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
