Senior CAD Technical / Drawing Manager
Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
£35,000 – £40,000 + Flexi Time + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast expanding, multi-disciplined engineering practice. Our client is a well established (over 25 years) Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Trowbridge. Our client provides excellent quality, cutting edge services across Civil, Structural and Infrastructure schemes.
In this role you will be responsible for drawing production within the company. As well as managing projects and supervising staff outputs.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Civil and Structural CAD Technician and Civil Engineer, who is familiar with AutoCAD and Revit.
This is a great role for a CAD Technical / Drawing Manager with plenty of experience to join a steadily expanding, successful company.
The role:
* Be responsible for drawing production within the company.
* Manage projects and supervise staff outputs.
* Identify project risks.
* Support trainee workers in their career development.
* Delegate work to draughtsman
* Produce accurate detail drawings for steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry.
The person:
* Will be an experienced Civil and Structural CAD Technician and Civil Engineer.
* Will have worked in the UK as an Engineer or Technician for at least 5 years.
* Be very comfortable using AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis.
* A highly motivated, proactive person.
* Management experience.
