Salary: £26,000 per year
We are pleased to announce that for all our Warehouse Operatives and Team Leaders working between 25th July and 21st August, we will be adding 50p to your annual salary of. This means that your annual salary of on the AM and PM shifts can be £26,000per year and £26,000 per year on the Night Shift for the next four weeks.
To be eligible to receive this top-up in your rate, you must work your contracted hours in line with the agreed rota over each week, and as long as you do that you will receive an additional 50p per hour worked, this also includes any overtime you work!
You will forfeit your additional payment for the entire week if you are absent from work for any reason in that week.

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Rugby.
The rate of pay is:
– Days £26,000 per year
– Nights £26,000 per year
The shifts available are:
– Morning shift, 6am to 2pm
– Afternoon shift, 2pm to 10pm
– Nights shift, 10pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative at this site, your tasks will include:
– Parcel sorting
– Loading vehicles
– General warehouse duties
– You’ll ensure that the parcels are placed onto the conveyor belts correctly so that the sorting machines and scanners can read the barcodes and labels
– You will lift and move multiple parcels using a variety of manual handling equipment, such as pump trucks or cages
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Warehouse Operative has a good level of English, both written and verbal. This is required, as you will regularly read labels and postcodes at this site and will need to communicate easily with other workers.
This role can be quite physically demanding, so a would be suitable for a person who is naturally quite active.
No previous experience is necessary as a Warehouse Operative as you’ll receive full training.
