Recruitment Consultant – Trainee/Entry-Level/Full Training
Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant; no experience necessary, full training provided.
Locations: London
Salary: 20k basic, uncapped commission structure. OTE: 35k – 50k in your first year, 60k – 100k in your second.

As a recruitment consultant at G2V you will be generating your own business and managing your own earnings as you develop relationships within the industry. Your commission will be uncapped, and you will realistically be looking at £35k – £50k in your first year.
No sales experience is necessary and our 13 week training programme will give you the foundation to succeed in one of the most financially lucrative industries in the UK.
Your role will include cold calling businesses, making sales pitches to them and convincing them to use you for their staffing solutions, and also liaising with candidates who are looking for work, placing them in relevant positions.
