Risk and Compliance Advisor

Salary: £59,710 per year

James Stevens Associates are delighted to be working with a wonderful Housing Association / Charitable organisation (1,000 staff) based in Hemel Hempstead that are now looking for a Risk and Compliance Advisor to help contribute to their evolving Risk culture

Risk and Compliance Advisor Outine:

• 3 days a week on site / 2 days working from home (Hybrid)

• Salary: £59,710(negotiable for right person)

Risk and Compliance Advisor role duties: 

• To identify and assess evidence of the organisations compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements across the business; monitoring and reporting on compliance
• To maintain and develop the Association’s risk management systems and business assurance framework
• To support the maintenance and development of the Association’s system of internal controls
• To make recommendations on changes required to strengthen the Association’s internal controls and approach to risk management
• To provide strategic risk management and compliance advice across all functions of the business

What we’re looking for from our Risk and Compliance Advisor 

• A good understanding of Risk Management
• Experience of working with Risk Framework’s
• Experience of working within a well regulated environment
• A great communicator, can get on well with people and help work with staff at all levels

Salary: £59,710.00-£50,000.00 per year
