£26,000 per year, 15-25 hours per week.
Flexible working hours between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Overview
This Recruitment Resourcer position is perfect for a full time under-graduates or post-graduates looking to gain experience in the corporate world, exposing them to a busy office environment with high team moral and a strong ‘work hard play hard’ ethic. We are looking for two people to join our team part-time with a late September/October. Full training will be given. Interviews taking place third and fourth week of September.

The Role
1st Place are a leading, fast-growing graduate recruitment company who are looking for the support of part-time Recruitment Resourcers to undertake the following activities:
– Screening CVs
– Uploading CVs which meet client’s requirements onto Recruitment specific computer software
– Undertaking telephone interviews with candidates to assess suitability
– Assisting with general recruitment administrative duties
– Aiding Consultants and Managers in various ad hoc duties covering a range of office responsibilities

This role enables successful applicants to gain experience within a supportive working environment first hand. This will be invaluable if looking to enter into a Business focused role as this is something that will set your CV apart from the crowd! The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for people who are ambitious, business minded and who are able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills alongside confidence and a strong work ethic. A desire to enter into Recruitment or Business to Business Sales will be beneficial but a business interest is most important. Personality is key at 1st Place as we have a young and lively team and want energetic people to match.

Confidence, an articulate and persuasive telephone manner and a hard workig nature are a must!
