Zachary Daniels are recruiting for an exciting international Luxury jewellery brand. This brand has a strong presence in the market with boutiques and concessions throughout the UK and is going through a period of expansion. They are renown for their stylish watches, jewellery and accessories for women and men.

I am recruiting for an Assistant Manager in Lakeside – Essex. This is a key store for the brand and there is a great opportunity to prove yourself and raise your profile on the region.

You will be responsible for leading personal consultative service, training, managing kpi’s and sales target. I am looking for an Assistant Manager who can demonstrate a clear understanding of luxury environments and how to build relationships with new customers. This role will also involve HR, recruitment, coaching and succession planning so you must be able to demonstrate a passion for people. You will be tasked to run the boutique in the absence of the manager and enjoy making decisions and seeing positive results.
