Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service Manager to join our client based in Duxford and help drive their business forward.
As the Field Service Manager your duties will include:
* Building and managing a team of on-site Installation Engineers
* Training new staff & sub-contractors
* Sourcing new sub-contractors and developing relationships
* Managing Field Service Engineers & Administration team
* Liaising with customers to help resolve issues
* Helping to improve staff skills and abilities to provide a better service
* Assisting management with operation, planning & recruitment.
An ideal candidate for the Field Service Manager will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Technical mindset
* understanding of tools for field service management
* Experience working with Sub-contractors
* Excellent communication skills.
